Client and practice management for advisory firms.
Nestor is a CRM and client management platform for tax and financial advisory firms. It keeps the firm's client records, work and documents in one place, and it syncs that work to a client portal so every client can see what is needed from them and where their request stands.
What Nestor does
Client records
A CRM built for advisory practices. Contacts, households, service tiers and the history of work delivered to each client.
Work that stays in step
Repeatable playbooks for the work a firm does, with each step's status visible to the people who need it.
A client portal
Clients sign in to see where their work stands, what has been completed, and what is still outstanding from them.
Document collection
Request documents by type, track what is on file and what is still awaited, and store it all securely.
A record of value delivered
An auditable record of the work a firm has done for each client, and a report the firm can share with them.
Firm management
Team roles and permissions, firm branding, and a view of fees against the work delivered.
Who it is for
Tax and financial advisory firms that bill their clients on a retainer and want one place to run the practice — rather than a CRM, a portal, a document tool and a spreadsheet that do not talk to each other.
Nestor is software sold to firms. It does not hold client funds, execute trades, provide investment or tax advice, or act as a custodian.
Pricing
Nestor is sold as a monthly subscription to the firm, billed by the number of staff seats and the number of clients the firm serves. A firm's first ten clients are free. Paid plans start at $199 per month, and annual billing is available.
Firms with larger books are priced by conversation. Contact us for a quote.

Billing, cancellation and refunds
- Subscription and billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance to the firm that holds the account. Charges are shown on the invoice for each billing period.
- Cancellation
- A firm may cancel at any time from its account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and the account remains available until then. No further charges are made after cancellation.
- Refunds
- Fees already paid for a completed billing period are not refunded. If you were charged in error, or a service failure prevented you from using Nestor for a material part of a billing period, contact support and we will review the charge and refund it where appropriate.
- Disputes
- If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support before raising a dispute with your card issuer. We will investigate and respond within five business days, and we will correct any error we find.
- Your data
- A firm can export its data at any time while its account is active. After cancellation, data is retained for a limited period so the firm can retrieve it, then deleted.
